Job Description:

As the Chief Strategic Communications Officer, you will guide the development and execution of our communications strategy across all platforms. Your leadership will inspire a team of talented writers and content creators to produce work that entertains and aligns with our campaign's objectives. Your expertise will transform standard communication into memorable experiences, subtly incorporating humor as a sophisticated engagement tool.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee a comprehensive communications strategy that advances campaign goals with an innovative approach.

• Motivate and manage a diverse team of creative professionals, ensuring content aligns with our strategic vision and messaging.

• Collaborate with Communications and Digital teams to maintain message consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

• Utilize analytics to monitor the impact of communication efforts, using data to refine and optimize future strategies.

• Maintain awareness of current events and cultural trends to ensure our messaging is relevant, timely, and engaging.

• Skillfully balance humor with respect, ensuring our content connects without alienating our audience.

Requirements:

• A storied career in turning the mundane into the must-share, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to engage, entertain, and occasionally enrage (for the right reasons).
